Action Items
ACTION ITEM: (20151204) Kim Kissick agreed to provide a testing guideline reflecting the relevant points that had been discussed during the presentation. (12/18/15) This item remains open. Kim Kissick will report status at the next meeting. (01/29/15) Kim was not present at the meeting and will report status at next meeting. (3/18/16) Kim Kissick will review to see if this has been written, and if not will provide the testing guideline. (4/1/16) Kim Kissick indicated that this is still a carry over.
ACTION ITEM: (20160318) Matt will research how many spams would be listed before deleting from the list. (20160401) Rephrased, Brandon was concerned that it took to long to delete emails at 50 at a time when there are hundreds to delete. LATE ENTRY: Jim Adams will announce that under ‘Manage Settings’, the number of emails that can be viewed can be changed to a maximum of 250 emails. Also, in the Message View – Junk Mail Quarantine one has the option to release selected emails, delete selected emails or DELETE ALL.

ACTION ITEM: (2016318) Matt will place this on the WIKI next week. (20160401) Jim Adams has not yet but will post on the WIKI how to delete the quarantined SPAM emails from spamcontrol.iglou.com and what limitations there are on selecting batches of SPAM mail for deletion.
